Are you transferring over a phone number?

Use your current phone number with your new Red Pocket Mobile account, or get a totally new number. It takes up to 48 hours to transfer a number over from another wireless carrier.

Your SIM card's serial number (the ICCID number) can be found on the back of the SIM or inside the pamphlet that your SIM card arrived in. The ICCID number must be entered in the activation field above to start the activation process.
Your phone's MEID or IMEI number will be required when you are activating a CDMAV line. This is to be sure that your device is compatible with the SIM card. There are a number of ways to find your MEID or IMEI number. The quickest way is to turn the phone on and dial *#06#. You can also find the number in your phone's settings. On iPhone, go to Settings > General > About. On Android, go to Settings > About Phone > Status. Lastly, you may remove your phone's battery (if possible) and look near the battery compartment.
Transferring a phone number must be done during the activation process. Bring your existing number from any major wireless carrier in the USA. You can even convert your landline or VoIP number (such as Google Voice) to Red Pocket Mobile. You'll need the account ID and PIN code from your previous carrier specifically for transferring your number. Speak with your previous carrier's customer service department to get the Account ID and PIN if you are unsure.
